A year-end appeal that sounds like your people.
Most donors decide in the last six weeks of the year. A short film from a real person on your team, a client or a volunteer does more than another email. I shoot and cut it in New York, fast enough to run before Giving Tuesday.
See it before you decide
Send me a link to your Instagram, your site or last year's gala footage. I will cut a fifteen second spec appeal from what you already have, free, no shoot needed. If it works, we plan the real thing. If it does not, you keep the spec.
What you get
One main appeal, ninety seconds or under, plus vertical cuts for Instagram, email and your donation page, with captions burned in. Interviews are shot on site in a single morning. Delivery is built backwards from December 1.
Timing
To land before Giving Tuesday the shoot needs to happen by mid November. Brooklyn organizations: Brooklyn Gives registration closes November 7, and a video on your profile helps.
Set in Caslon, the English typeface William Caslon cut in London in the 1720s. The endpapers are a Spanish-wave marbling, made in code. Every film here was directed by Dylan Kahler and finished in New York.
